We are launching Married to a Chef (Full Site launch Winter 2010), a new concept aimed not at the men and women who make our lives more delicious, but the true "Back of the House" of the industry, their significant other!

WHY WE'RE HERE: It is our intention to create a place where we can come to meet, lean on, relate, reach out, to cheer on, meet up with, and to learn from each other. We have learned that it takes a strong person to create a strong relationship with someone in this industry. We know this. We know it is both VERY exciting and sometimes very challenging. We are here to be available when you need a hand, when you need to find someone to talk to or go out with on a Friday/Saturday Night/Holiday because your Other Half is working. We are here to help you to focus on your OWN goals. To help remind you what YOU bring to the table in your relationship. We also need YOU - those with years of experience - to help others with your wisdom and be able to lend a hand (more like lend an ear) to those that are still trying to get to where you are!
WHO WE ARE: YOU! Men and Women with a common thread of dating (or being married to) someone in the restaurant industry. We are very strong; who support and have learned through experience to work with the successes and obstacles that having our Other Half working in the Restaurant Industry brings. It is necessary and important to us that we lean on each other to Cheer on Each Exciting Experience and Support each other with every challenge, while helping each other focus on our OWN goals for our lives.
